Pilates Mat Work Intensive – 115 hours
Mat Work Intensive is a 4-part certification and the first step in the BODY HARMONICS Pilates Comprehensive Program. Our Pilates Comprehensive Program includes certification in Mat Work, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, Springboard and Barrels.

At each level of certification our objective is to help students become “movement problem-solvers” with an eye for optimal function and simple application that considers age, ability and movement impairments.

Materials: $220
Tax: 13% HST
The program will include the Anatomy in Motion content

Module 1: Foundations
June 3, 4, 5 (Fri 2 – 7pm; Sat/Sun 1 – 7pm)

Module 2: Classics and Innovations
July 15, 16, 17 (Fri 2 – 7pm; Sat/Sun 1 – 7pm)

Module 3: Core Integrity
August 6, 7 (Sat/Sun 1 – 7pm)

Module 4: Practical Application
September 10, 11 (Sat/Sun 1 – 7pm)
