I have been a fitbox member for over 6 months and am so happy I stumbled upon this great fitness studio. The classes at fitbox are diverse, well scheduled and exciting. Fitbox uses a variety of props to keep you motivated and never bored, enabling you to reach your desired fitness goals. The owner is extremely dedicated to her work and takes a personal interest in each individual who shows up to class. The instructors are experienced, ensuring you are doing the movements correctly to avoid injury while also equally ensuring the class is having fun.
